Wheaton Home Undamaged After Morning Chimney Fire

No injuries were reported in this morning's fire near Roosevelt Road and Main Street in Wheaton.

A chimney fire broke out around 7:30 a.m. Monday morning in the 100 block of Roosevelt Road. 

It's unclear if anyone was home during the time of the fire but no injuries were reported and the home did not sustain any damages.

Officials from the Wheaton city building department are on the scene examining the home that has just been turned over to the homeowners.
