Woodridge Woman Charged with DUI After Fiery Crash on Roosevelt Road
A second driver was injured in the accident at Roosevelt Road and Park Avenue, police said.
A 22-year-old Woodridge woman was charged with driving under the influence after a two-car crash sent a teen to the hospital last week. Stephanie Murray was arrested after the accident, which occurred at Roosevelt Road and Park Boulevard at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, Glen Ellyn Police said. A 17-year-old Lombard teen was hurt in the accident and was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, said Glen Ellyn Police Department Deputy Chief Bill Holmer. Murray was heading westbound on Roosevelt Road and the teen was heading eastbound.
