Plainfield Man Charged in Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Ogden Avenue
Police charge Plainfield man with driving under the influence of drugs following Wednesday evening incident involving Lombard motorcyclist.
A Plainfield man has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence of drugs causing the death of another in a fatal motorcycle crash at 5:03 p.m. Wednesday, according to a press release from the Naperville Police Department. Michael J. Moreno, 31, of the 11700 block of Presley Circle in Plainfield, also was charged with aggravated reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident involving the death of another, possession of cannabis, obstructing a peace officer and failure to yield turning left, police said in the release issued early Thursday morning.
