Union Pacific Foundation Donates Grant Money to Wheaton-Based Group
Wheaton, Glen Ellyn and Lisle among 38 Illinois communities receiving portion of $270,000.
The Union Pacific Foundation is granting approximately $270,000 to support 38 Illinois non-profit organizations, including those in Wheaton, Glen Ellyn and Lisle. Union Pacific Railroad, through its foundation, supports organizations in 22 states, including Illinois. "Supporting these charitable organizations helps them continue to play important roles in improving the communities where our employees live and work," UP Foundation President Robert Turner said in a statement.
