Save the Date: Parent Series Screens Documentary, 'Louder Than a Bomb'
The next Glenbard Parent Series will be held Jan. 24 at 7 p.m. at Glenbard East High School.
Parents and teens are invited to attend the upcoming Glenbard Parent Series program, which will feature the power of words. The program, part of the Navigating Healthy Parenting series, will feature the documentary Louder Than a Bomb, which chronicles the journey of four Chicago-area high school poetry slam teams as they prepare for an annual poetry slam. The film screening, being held at 7 p.m. Jan. 24 is free to all who attend and parents are encouraged to bring their teen and his or her friends to the program, according to District 87.
