A guide to the April 2013 Glenbard District 87 Board of Education race.
When Glen Ellyn voters head to the polls on April 9, they have the opportunity to vote for six candidates vying for four seats on the Glenbard District 87 Board of Education. Of the candidates running this time around, three are incumbents vying to retain their positions on the board. The terms for Board President Richard Heim, board members Robert Friend, Yadav Nathwani and F. Thomas Voltaggio end in April, according to the district. Of the four, Heim, Friend and Voltaggio are seeking to retain their seats. The three other candidates are Anthony Schullo, Judith Weinstock and Jennifer Jendras.
