Within a few years, Carlos Vuelvas has risen through the ranks at Qdoba Mexican Grill. He went from a night shift line server to cook to store manager and, now, works as regional manager. His ascent in the company now includes its Pride Award, an honor given to only four employees around the country, according to Qdoba. Vuelvas, of Glen Ellyn, was chosen because of dedication and commitment to his employees and customers.
