SATURDAY, MARCH 16 A store on the 500 block of Roosevelt Road reported at 1:09 p.m. that someone entered the store and stole three boxes of Bluetooth speakers and a pair of Sol Republic headphones. FRIDAY, MARCH 15 Paul Maior, of the 4600 block of South Dubois Avenue, Brookfield, and Patrick J. McGuire, of the 21W500 block of North Avenue, Lombard, both 46, were charged with residential burglary/attempted residential burglary. The incident occurred at 6:35 p.m. on the 500 block of Williamsburg Road. Kimberly R. Dixon, 43, of the 500 block of Pershing Avenue, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 5:15 p.m. with domestic battery and interference with emergency communication on the same block. SATURDAY, MARCH 9 Jeffrey J. Jankowski, 42, of the first block of Valley Road, Glen Ellyn, was charged with public intoxication at 2:50 p.m. on the 200 block of South Milton Avenue. FRIDAY, MARCH 8 Jordan Alexander Young, 20, of the 3000 block of Crystal Rock Road, Naperville, and Darnell Johnson Jr., 19, of the 800 block of Foxworth Boulevard, Lombard, were charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. The incident occurred at 10:15 p.m. on the 300 block of Larch Lane. Marquis R. Jones, 19, of the 300 block of Larch, received an ordinance violation for adult occupancy responsibility. Someone stole a V-Tech brand cordless phone from a store on the 1100 block of Roosevelt Road. The incident was reported at 5:35 p.m. and occurred …

Glen Ellyn Police Department reports, Feb. 25-March 3

SUNDAY, MARCH 3 Timothy R. Moore, 47, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged with public intoxication at 7:43 a.m. at the intersection of North Park Boulevard and Hawthorne Street. Devin M. Parks, 20, of the 1100 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged with possession of 30 grams or less of cannabis and driving without lights when required at 2:14 a.m. on the 600 block of Roosevelt Road. SATURDAY, MARCH 2 Trevor J. Llamas, 20, of the first block of Valley Road, Glen Ellyn, was charged with public intoxication at 3:47 a.m. on the same block, but at a different address than his residence. Mark A. Here's a round-up of recent and bizarre police report items from the area.

BATAVIA A 20-year-old North Auroran and a 19-year-old Batavian were each issued complaints for unlawful consumption of an alcoholic liquor. An officer made the arrests at 2:12 a.m. on Feb. 21, according to a police report. Jason R. Leannah, of the first block of Grace Street, North Aurora, was speeding more than 40 mph over the limit. He posted his driver's license for bond for the speeding offense. Philip R.C. Vermaas, of the 800 block of North Forest Avenue, Batavia, was issued a notice to appear in court for failure to wear a seat belt, according to the police report. Leannah and Vermaas were each released on personal recognizance for their individual drinking offenses. They were each given March 19 court dates for all charges. ST. …

Police Blotter: Stolen Phone, Egged Car, Cannabis Possession

Police said Michael Jon Conrad II, 23, of the first block of Briar Street, was arrested at 7:29 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Surrey Drive. He was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, disobeying a stop sign, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 30 grams or less of cannabis. Police said someone threw a cinder block through a patio door window causing it to shatter in the 300 block of Spruce. The incident was reported at 8 p.m.   A vehicle parked in a driveway in the 700 block of Chidester was burglarized between 11:15 p.m. Feb. 22 and 8:30 a.m. Feb. 23. NAPERVILLE Someone on Feb. 21 received text messages from unknown numbers which read: "I SEE YOU" and "IM COMING FOR YOU," in the 1400 block of Culpepper Drive, police said. The messages were texted to the phone via Internet. Edvinas Korotkevic, 29, was arrested at 7:16 a.m. Feb. 18 at the Naperville Marriott in the 1800 block of North Naper Boulevard, police said. Korotkevic, a guest of the hotel, was allegedly drunk when he came down to the lobby and threatened to throw a smoothie in a clerk's face. The guest refused to leave after being asked by hotel management and was later arrested by police for disorderly conduct and trespassing, police said. He posted bond. ST. CHARLES Robin A. Andrew J. Pratt, 22, of the 21W600 block of Glencrest Drive, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. at Roosevelt Road and Nicoll Way, Glen Ellyn police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said Bethlehem Campbell, 39, of the 500 block of Larkspur Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Nicoll Way. He was charged with speeding and driving under the influence.

ST. CHARLES Nicole M. Pstrong, 33, of the 200 block of Cedar Avenue, was cited at 4:45 a.m. Feb. 9 at her home with disorderly conduct-noise after officers were called to the residence twice on noise complaints. Police said the first time, at 4:16 a.m., while no one would answer the door, someone called out, “Go away, we’re drinking,” and the loud music was turned down. Still no one answered, and the officer left. Police were called back at 4:45 a.m., and this time the officer’s knock on the door was answered. Pstrong was issued the citation. Jordan R. Kinkle, 18, of the 100 block of Bryant, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. at the Shell Gas Station, 631 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn Police said. He was charged with retail theft. Police said Joseph F. Ferrero, 42, of the first block of South Lombard, Lombard, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at St. Charles and Riford roads. He was charged with driving without a license, driving and uninsured motor vehicle and charged with a sign violation. Mark E. Washburn, 53, of the first block of North Parkside, was arrested at 8:16 a.m. at Binny’s Beverage Depot, 670 Roosevelt Road, police said. He was charged with panhandling.
