Cross Country, Track Trainer Charged With Sexually Abusing a Minor
Officials are asking the public to contact law enforcement with any information related to the arrest of Robert Theodore, 60, of Woodridge, who was actively training track and cross country athletes.
A Woodridge man who worked as a trainer at Life Time Fitness in Warrenville has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse after it was determined he had inappropriate contact with a boy he was training. Robert Theodore, 60, of the 3800 block of Hagen Court, Woodridge, was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual abuse, Class 2 felonies, according to DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert B. Berlin. If Theodore is found guilty he faces up to seven years in prison. In addition, officials are asking anyone who may have information related to Theodore to contact law enforcement.
