This week the pets are from Animal Rescue Foundation – IL (ARF) This beautiful 6-year-old, 60 pound, pure bred female chocolate Lab is super sweet. She happily greets the other dogs in her foster home and wants very much to play and receive love. Her picture doesn't begin to do Cali justice! She knows "sit," "lay down," and "leave it." We're still trying to figure out stairs. Cali came to ARF covered with fleas, heartworm positive, and starved for attention after spending the past 2 years living in an outdoor run. She was hit by a car and received a broken pelvis. ARF saw that she got the care needed to repair her fractures and her surgeon has cleared her for …

Sammie Sammie is an 8-year-old white miniature poodle. He is a very happy, sweet boy that loves to snuggle. He is the last remaining dog of nine poodles rescued from an awful puppy mill. Patches is about 3 years old and is Mr. Personality Deluxe! He gets along with everybody and enjoys playing with his foster mom’s German shepherd, as well as her other foster kitties. Willa Willa is a sweet dog that is about 2 to 3 years old. She was rescued from Kentucky with her four pups, which were adopted right away. She needed time to rest. She was probably an outdoor dog and loves to spend time just relaxing outdoors. She requires a home with a fenced in yard and a family that can give her the time she needs to warm up to them.
