NAPERVILLE A woman who moved out of an apartment in the 200 block of East Bailey Road two months ago returned to the apartment May 15 and asked the property manager if she could get her belongings. She was told by the property manager that the apartment was cleaned out and she was not allowed to enter, police said. A resident then saw the woman scale the balconies to get to her old apartment on the third floor, but she was not able to gain entry, police said. The 49-year-old Wheaton man charged last week with 15 counts of aggravated possession of child pornography has been a registered sexual predator in Illinois since 2005, according to the Illinois sex offender website. Randall Weeks, of Juniper Lane in Wheaton was charged May 9 as a result of an undercover operation conducted by Wheaton police detectives, with the assistance of the DuPage County Sexual Predator Electronic Exploitation Division. Court records show he plead guilty in 2005 to charges of possession of child pornography. He is currently being held at the DuPage County Jail on $500,000 bail. A 54-year-old man was arrested Saturday after he transported over 20 teens to their prom in Glen Ellyn while intoxicated, police said. Richard L. Madison, of the 9900 block of Walnut Terrace, Palos Hills, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of reckless conduct, both class A misdemeanors. Madison was driving a group of 23 Oswego East High School students to their May 11 prom at the Abbington Banquets in unincorporated Glen Ellyn, according to the DuPage County Sheriff's Office. The students contracted the private limousine service Limos Alive Party Bus to drive them to the Abbington, the Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
