Choose Your Cause: South Boosters Raider Run, and The Mother of All Pub Crawls This Weekend
You can also check out Harvest Fest, YMCA cookout, live music, free Meatheads and more this weekend in and around Glen Ellyn.
Saturday, Sept. 21
Up for a little drinkin' this weekend, are you? Well, what if we told you that you can get a little tipsy—with a ready-made designated driver? And, the best part is, you can do all of that while raising money for a great cause. Yep, it's a pub crawl.
The very first DuPage County Pub Crawl to benefit veterans will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday and go all day and night. Your $25 wristband donation includes the designated bus driver, who will get you to and from 21 DuPage County Bars, a free T-shirt for those who pre-registered, and a chance to win up to $2,000. Proceeds benefit the Villa Park VFW Post 2801 and Save-A-Vet.org.
Some of the best bars in all of DuPage County are participating:
