Glendale Heights Fest

Glendale Heights Fest is returning for another year of fast paced rides, delicious food and one of the best firework shows in the Chicagoland area.  Known to many as one of the Western Suburbs’ premier events, this yearly event will not disappoint.  Glendale Heights Fest will be held on Wednesday, July 9th through Sunday, July 13th at Camera Park located at 101 E. Fullerton Ave in Glendale Heights.  Everything from carnival rides, food booths, exciting entertainment and more will be available at this yearly event.

Get your cameras ready and enjoy a breathtaking display of fireworks at dusk on Wednesday, July 9th to open the fest and again on Sunday, July 13th to close.  Glendale Heights Fest will also be offering Country Night on Friday, July 11th where you can take a ride on the mechanical bull, or line dance until the end of the night.  All proceeds from the mechanical bull on Friday will be donated to Family in Faith Christian Church Food Pantry.  Or come on out on Saturday, July 12th where Glendale Heights Fest will also feature a Glendale Heights Idol contest where soloists or duos of all ages are welcome to show off their voices for a chance to win Glendale Heights Idol.  Pre-registration is required to participate in Glendale Heights Idol.

Glendale Heights Fest is also offering carnival wristbands good for one select day for unlimited rides during a certain time frame.  Save $5 on a regular $25 one-day wristband. A Wristband for unlimited carnival rides is honored on ONE of the following days and times:

Wednesday: 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Thursday: 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 pm – Midnight
Saturday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Sunday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Advanced daily pre-sale wristband vouchers are available through Tuesday, July 8.  Pre-sale wristband vouchers can be purchased at the following Glendale Heights locations: Village Hall, Center for Senior Citizens or the Sports Hub.

New this year, Glendale Heights Fest is offering the 5-Day Mega Pass for only $70 valid for unlimited rides on all 5 days! Every Mega Pass holder will be required to take a picture for a Mega Pass Photo ID Card (Mega Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and all parties must be present at the time of purchase) which will then be used to redeem a special wristband for EACH DAY.  Mega Passes are only available for purchase at the Glendale Heights Sports Hub located at 250 Civic Center Plaza in Glendale Heights during normal registration hours through Tuesday, July 8th. Mega Pass wristbands are honored on the following days and times:

Wednesday: 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Thursday: 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 pm – Midnight
Saturday: 3:00 pm – Midnight
Sunday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Please note that some rides do have height restrictions and the “Speed” ride does require an additional 2 tickets with either a regular wristband or the Mega Pass.
