Who will be the first George Zimmerman under Illinois' new conceal carry law?

Georgezimmerman, (noun). A reckless, flawed individual with a history of violence and an obsession with playing policeman, who follows his obsession to the logical conclusion: the senseless killing of an innocent, unarmed person. Example in sentence: That guy who just killed that unarmed person thinking he was up to no good and was where he didn't belong is nothing but a Georgezimmerman.

It is appropriate that the real George Zimmerman be forever infamously enshrined by lending his name to perpetrators who are given an unwritten license to kill due to our insane "Stand Your Ground" and "Conceal Carry" laws that have emerged in our gun saturated society.

I wonder who the first Georgezimmerman will be under Illinois' new conceal carry law.
