An aptly named law

After the following exchange between GOP House Speaker John Boehner and reporters, I've decided there is validity in supporting the Republican mantra of tort reform to reduce frivolous litigation:

Speaker Boehner: "The president is not executing the laws of this country and I intend to sue him in the best long term interest of Congress."

Reporter: "Can you give us an example of how the president is not executing the laws of this country?"

Speaker Boehner: "When I think of one, I'll let you know."

I'd sure get on board Republican tort reform if they'd just title the bill "The John Boehner Will Never, Ever File a Lawsuit Act of 2014."
