A bit of good fiscal news for Illinois

Amid all the financial woes we hear about daily concerning Illinois, it's nice to get a jolt of good news. A PDG (Pretty Darn Good) gang of 7 Illinois Assistant Attorneys General scored a TKO over Big Tobacco in their effort to get back millions from the 1998 multi billion dollar settlement with the states. This decision will likely save Illinois hundreds of millions over the next few years. I know 2 of the PDG gang, including one since her birth 37 years ago next Tuesday. Nice work, kid.
