District 87: Summer School Dates, Options

District 87 will offer three summer school sessions for students this summer.

From District 87:

Students, plan your summer now to meet the goals of your 4-year plan. Summer school is a great opportunity to:

  • Advance yourself by taking a course that you may not have room for in your schedule during the regular school year,
  • Make up a class to get back on track for graduation
  • Improve skills in reading, math, foreign language, English and science
  • Explore areas of interest in an enrichment course

All parents and students registered for the 2013 High School Credit Summer School program are encouraged to attend an evening orientation meeting. This short, informative meeting will be held at  each high school on Monday, June 3, 2013, from 6:30 pm to 7 p.m. Topics will include policies, grading options and required forms.
