West Suburban Silver Conference Meet & 50th Anniversary Reunion of Glenbard West Boys Gymnastics

The West Suburban Silver Conference boys gymnastics meet always boasts some of the top high school competitors in the state. This year's competition will be hosted by the Glenbard West Hilltoppers at Biester Gym on Friday, April 27 at 6:30 p.m. At this meet the Hilltoppers will also host the 50th Anniversary Reunion of boys gymnastics at Glenbard West. 

The Hilltoppers have posted the second highest team score in the state this season and are expected to contend for the state title. Freshman all-arounder Alex Diab has broken several meet records this season. Diab scored an amazing 58.3 out of 60 points possible at Conant's Ed Raymond Invite, at which the Hilltopper team edged out defending State Champs Lincoln Way Co-op. This is West's last meet before sectionals.

The successes and impact of former gymnasts who participated over the past half century will also be celebrated at the meet and during other reunion events.
