Cassie Becker-Nevitt offers small group Pilates mat classes to ensure that each person receives individual attention and feedback. Build strength from the inside out, tone your abs, hips, and thighs, and improve flexibility and balance. Each class is customized to meet your needs and goals.
Cassie was certified in New York by Romana Kryzanowska in the original, authentic Pilates method.
