Fitness Studio Opens Thursday in Downtown Glen Ellyn

RISE is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its new studio May 15, 16 and 17 in downtown Glen Ellyn, Illinois. 

Moving into the space between AliKat Boutique and Northside Sports Bar and Grill at 499C Pennsylvania Avenue, RISE will continue to offer its clients the very best workouts at even more times throughout the day. 

With the one-year anniversary of RISE coming up on June 8, what better way to celebrate than with the opening of the studio’s first exclusive space?  

RISE has been serving the Glen Ellyn community with group fitness classes taught out of Sunshine Dance Studio’s space for the past 10 months.  With the amazing support of the local clientele, the business has grown so much that there was no denying the need for a dedicated studio for classes scheduled throughout the day.

In its new studio, RISE will continue to offer a variety of group fitness classes for women, men, teens and kids alike. Classes include but are not limited to cardio, kettle bell, outdoor bootcamp, yoga sculpt, barre, kids yoga, TRX (new in the new space!) and fusion (a blend of cardio, pilates, yoga and barre). RISE’s new location boasts a highly functional space that includes a retail area where clients can purchase fashionable fitness gear, a high-end work out room, a modern sitting area and coffee bar, and a kids’ room with features like library-hosted story times, electronic games, and arts and crafts. 

“We built RISE with our clients in mind,” RISE founder and owner Janelle Sullivan says. “What I love the most is that we are in the center of our community.  We are a quick bike ride or jog away for the vast majority of our clientele.  And after a short 10 months, I am so thrilled to be following my dream of creating our own dedicated space, a space to come to work out and to connect with others in the community.  We have had so much support already from local businesses and wonderful clients along this journey, and we look forward to offering so much more in the new RISE experience.  At RISE, we strive to provide you with a welcoming environment, a motivating workout, and a connection with people that now you can call friends.”
