Waterleaf July Cooking Class

Waterleaf Restaurant in Glen Ellyn presents new monthly cooking classes with Executive Chef Jean-Louis Clerc. The series continues on Saturday, July 21 featuring cuisine perfect for any summer party, including Beer Barbecued Chicken, Jalapeno Corn Muffins and more (see complete menu below). Chef Jean-Louis will lead the class, guiding participants through each step of the cooking process. Afterwards, guests will enjoy their creations at a communal table in the restaurant. Paired wine will be served for guests 21 and over. Class participants will also receive a Waterleaf apron and printed recipes so they can recreate the featured dishes at home.
