Parent Series Program in Spanish

The Glenbard Parent Series will present a program in Spanish: “Parenting Hispanic Teens Today.” Theresa Segura-Herrera, an assistant professor of clinical counseling at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, is the featured speaker. Focusing upon Glenbard’s Hispanic population, Segura-Herrera will discuss the tools that parents need in raising successful teens. An emphasis on discipline, along with the challenges parents experience in transmitting their cultural values, customs, and traditions will be featured.
