November Woman’s Club Program Discusses the Anasazi Indians

Tuesday, November 1, at 1:00 P.M., the Glen Ellyn Woman’s Club welcomes Terry Poppleton to their meeting where he will present a program on the Anasazi Indians, discussing and surmising what happened to this tribe of Indians who disappeared around the middle 1200s.  There are many mysteries connected to this Indian tribe and Poppleton will take the audience on a verbal trip through this intrigue.
Many of the Woman’s Club members remember Poppleton when he was a teacher and coach at Hadley Junior High School.  He taught many of their children and grandchildren.
Guests are welcome to attend the program.  Make a reservation by calling 630-469 - 6372.  The location of the Woman’s Club’s November meeting is the Glen Ellyn Civic Center, 535 Duane Street.
