District 89 Band Musicians Take the Stage on May 23

    The 5th grade Beginning Band from the four elementary schools in Community Consolidated School District 89,  6th grade Concert Band, and 7th/8th Grade Symphonic Band from Glen Crest Middle School  performs for the public on Wednesday, May 23 at the annual District 89 Band Concert.  The concert location is  Glenbard South High School, 23W200 Butterfield Road, Glen Ellyn,  and begins at 7:00 P.M.   Musical selections include, "Grand Canyon Overture," "Swashbuckler's March," "Stone Age Stomp," "Cardiff Castle," Italian Carousel," "Four of a Kind," "Music from Les Miserables," and several more band favorites.  Call 630-469-5220 for information.
