District 89 School Opens for Summer Reading

Park View Elementary invites kids to keep up with reading during the summer.

Although it’s summer, school is still open for reading.

Beginning this week , located at 250 S. Park Boulevard, will open its doors for summer library reading, a place where children from pre-school to seventh grade can checkout books and attend a variety of reading programs.

The Park View program is open to all students currently enrolled in the district. Students can checkout up to three books for three weeks at the Glen Ellyn school; however, an adult must attend children under 8 years old.
