District 87 One Step Closer to Vote on Facilities Referendum

The school board is expected to vote on the referendum question during its Nov. 18 meeting, according to the Daily Herald.

The Glenbard High School District 87 school board on Monday discussed what the referendum question asking for a proposed $35 million to fund updates to area high school should look like, according to the Daily Herald. 

The school board is expected to vote on the referendum question, which school officials have recently had its legal team look at drafting the language for, during its Nov. 18 meeting, according to the article. 

Improvements would be made over 10 years and would include renovations to classrooms and common areas, the addition of air conditioning and Glenbard East and West and updates to outdoor factilites, according to the Daily Herald.
