D87 Superintendent Candidate for Michigan Position
In August 2011, school board members accepted Michael Meissen's intent to leave after this academic year.
Glenbard Township High School District 87 Superintendent Michael Meissen is in the running for a similar position in Michigan, according to the Daily Herald.
Back in August, Meissen announced his last day would coincide with the end of his contract, set to expire on June 30, 2012.
With Meissen stepping down, school board members , and the board has yet to select the final candidate.
