Built in 2006, a home located at 674 Duane St. in Glen Ellyn sold recently for $675,000, according to real estate records. The home was a short sale and it sold for $25,000 more than the original asking price.  The 4,330 square-foot home features a large gourmet kitchen, with Viking appliances, 10-foot ceilings and six bedrooms – including a large master suite.
