The home at 173 S. Montclair Ave. sold for $425,000, according to real estate records. The 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath, was built in 1984. It featured a gas-starting fireplace, newly renovated bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the gourmet kitchen.
A newer roof, new siding and a new paver porch also updated the home.
