SOLD: Glen Ellyn Real Estate Sales Jan. 10 Edition
An unusual home, which received national exposure, was one of several properties in Glen Ellyn that sold recently.
A home featured on the Today Show in April 2012 sold last year for $367,500, according to real estate records. The home was featured in a segment with real estate contributor Barbara Corcoran.
In April, Koenig & Strey realtor, Pattie Murray said the home, located at 605 Cumnor Ave., was under contract and waiting to close. The sale, which was finalized in September, wasn’t recorded until October, according to records. The unconventionally designed home featured 4-bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
The home was originally listed for $389,000 when it was put on the market in January 2012.
