Glen Ellyn Trustees Unanimously Approve Agreement with College of DuPage

After a lengthy feud about who has control over Glen Ellyn's community college campus, Village of Glen Ellyn trustees and school board members have approved an intergovernmental agreement.

In this agreement, COD would continue to pay for certain services to the village but DuPage County would deal with all matters concerning permitting, construction and inspections -- an area that has caused much tension between the two.
Before the five-year deal is official, DuPage County must approve the agreement at an upcoming meeting.
