The Glen Ellyn village board this past week awarded a $3.52 million bid to improve 4,400 total feet of roadway in three major areas around Lake Ellyn, according to Suburban Life Publications.
Reconstruction will be completed on Elm Street and Chidester Avenue between Lenox and Riford roads, Linden Street between Main Street and Lenox, and Lenox between Hawthorne Boulevard and Oak Street, according to the article.
Suburban Life reports construction will start no sooner than July 7 and should be completed by November.
