Glen Ellyn Town Meeting & Early Voting

 

The Glen Ellyn Civic Betterment Party Nominating Committee announces the candidacies of six residents for the three Village Board Trustees positions up for re-election in 2011.  CBP-slated Village Trustee candidates include: Jon-Paul "JP" Anderson, Robert Friedberg, Luke Sanna, and Lionel "Lyn" Whiston. Additionally, Peter Ladesic and Diane McGinley will each seek nomination from the floor at the Town Meeting election. 

Four candidates for the four upcoming Library Board Trustee terms have also been slated by the Nominating Committee. Candidates for Library Trustee are: Bob McClow, John M. Mulherin, Sharon Weber, and Maryl Falen Wesolowski.

All candidates will present their qualifications and goals for their terms during the Town Meeting Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the Glen Ellyn Civic Center. Short video presentations by the Village Trustee candidates can be viewed and candidate biographies are available at  www.GlenEllynCivicBetterment.com. Days and times for early voting at the Civic Center are:

Monday, Nov. 29 - 3 to 5 pm
