COD and Glen Ellyn Reach Resolution

A lot has been written about the and the ongoing dispute with the Village of Glen Ellyn, all much of it the same -- that little progress has been made to mend the relationship. 

But the Daily Herald is reporting that the relationship may not be severed after all. According to a statement from the village, after a mediated session with a circuit court judge the two have reached a compromise.
