Woman Ejected From Motorcycle, Airlifted to Hospital Following Crash in Geneva

A 33-year-old Brookfield woman was ejected from her motorcycle following a single-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon and was airlifted to a hospital for treatment of injuries. 

Geneva Police and the Batavia Fire Department responded to a report of a single vehicle motorcycle accident at 4:06 p.m. March 30 on Fabyan Parkway west of Route 25, according to a Geneva Police Department press release. 

Police said the crash occurred when the rear wheel of the motorcycle struck the curb while turning west onto Fabyan Parkway from Route 25. The driver was ejected from the motorcycle and was then struck by the motorcycle.

Samantha Kannon, 33, of Brookfield was initially transported to Delnor Hospital in Geneva and later airlifted to an hospital with unspecified injuries, according to the news release.

No tickets were issued as a result of this traffic crash.
