Man Arrested Twice for Panhandling

Marvin R. Harris, 47, 999 S. Lorrraine Road, Wheaton, was charged with panhandling at Trader Joe's, 680 Roosevelt Road, at 3:15 p.m. Oct. 25. Harris was again arrested for panhandling at 5:41 p.m. Oct. 31, at Jewel, 599 Roosevelt Road.

Fighting

Caseem A. Brown, 29, 1198 Royal Glen Drive, Glen Ellyn, and Ronald E. Kitchen, 29, 18W149 Buckingham Lane, Villa Park, were arrested for fighting at 3:44 p.m. Oct. 29 on the 1100 block of Royal Glen.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Mitchell T. Menini, 19, 390 Spruce Lane, Glen Ellyn, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on the 300 block of Spruce at 12:19 a.m. Nov. 2.

Justin W. Wolter, 21, 185 S. Park, Glen Ellyn, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on the 100 block of Park at 1:07 a.m. Nov. 2.

Excessive Noise

Nick J. DiGioia, 37, 445 N. Park Blvd., Glen Ellyn, was charged with excessive noise at 2:46 a.m. Oct. 22 on the 400 block of Park Blvd.
