Suspended Drivers Caught Behind the Wheel in Glen Ellyn

Driving With a Suspended License

Victoria M. Walsh, 66, 677 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, was arrested on a warrant out of Kane County at 9:40 p.m. Nov. 14. She was also charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Marissa Kelly, 25, 747 N. Austin, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance at Geneva and Bloomingdale roads at 3:34 p.m. Nov. 15.

Dawn C. Villegas, 36, 1533 Blackburn St., Wheaton, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled her over for speeding at Roosevelt Road and Interstate 355 at 8:53 p.m. Nov. 17. 

Erika E. Gutierrez, 38, 1109 S. Edgewood Ave., Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance at Roosevelt and Exmoor at 6:43 p.m. Nov. 21.

Harvey J. Nelson, 38, 520 Pershing Ave., Glen Ellyn, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to secure a child under 8 in a restraint system and driving without insurance after police pulled him over at Park and Taft at 11:51 a.m. Nov. 30.

Derrius R. Jones, 28, 1538 Lippert Lane, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at Roosevelt and Baker Hill at 10:14 p.m. Dec. 4.

Driving Without a License

Natasha R. Garrett, 48, 675 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and expired registration at Illinois Route 53 and Sheehan at 2:27 p.m. Nov. 16.

Jeffrey L. Collins, 53, 1114 Rhodes Court, Wheaton, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled him over for expired registration at Roosevelt and Park Boulevard at 8:12 p.m. Dec. 7.

Suspended Registration

Jonathan T. Davis, 30, 247 Meadowbrook Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested and charged with suspended registration, driving without insurance and improper use and display of license plates at Roosevelt and Pershing at 10:56 a.m. Nov. 29.
