Storm Damage Photos, Road Closure Updates & Open Businesses

Traveling by car through Glen Ellyn is difficult today because of the many downed trees and power lines after Sunday's storm. Here's a list of road closures.

Crews are working throughout Glen Ellyn to restore power to thousands of residents who are still without electricity after Sunday's storms.

A severe thunderstorm pummeled through Glen Ellyn at noon Sunday, July 1, originally leaving approximately 16,400 customers without power. As of this morning, about 7,362 customers were still without power.
