Sheriff Arrests Four Alleged Gang Members for Mob Action in Lombard

The four, from Lombard, West Chicago and Carol Stream, are being held at DuPage County Jail.

Four known gang members were arrested and charged with felony counts of mob action last weekend, DuPage Sheriff John Zaruba said Monday.

Emilio Guillen, 22, of the 1000 block of Neltnor in West Chicago; Oscar Hernandez, 17, of the 600 block of Hearth Lane in Carol Stream; and Marcos Solano, 17, and his brother Juan Solano, 18, both of the 21W600 block of Lynn Road in Lombard, have all been charged with one felony count of mob action, which is a Class 4 felony.

Sheriff Deputies responded to a call of a fight near the tennis courts in an apartment complex in unincorporated Lombard at about 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7. The victim, who was involved in the altercation and is also a known gang member, was treated by the paramedics and released at the scene.
