FRIDAY, FEB. 8

Retail theft

Jordan R. Kinkle, 18, of the 100 block of Bryant, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. at the Shell Gas Station, 631 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn Police said. He was charged with retail theft.

THURSDAY, FEB. 7

Uninsured

Police said Joseph F. Ferrero, 42, of the first block of South Lombard, Lombard, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at St. Charles and Riford roads. He was charged with driving without a license, driving and uninsured motor vehicle and charged with a sign violation.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 6

Panhandling

Mark E. Washburn, 53, of the first block of North Parkside, was arrested at 8:16 a.m. at Binny’s Beverage Depot, 670 Roosevelt Road, police said. He was charged with panhandling.

Criminal damage

A car parked in the lot at Walgreens, 840 N. Main St. was spray painted with several lines, police said. The incident took place between 6:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.

TUESDAY, FEB. 5

Suspended license

Police said Donna Murry, 47, of the first block of North Main Street, was arrested at 8:04 a.m. at Route 53 and Pershing Avenue. She was charged with driving with a suspended registration, driving with a suspended driver’s license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

SUNDAY, FEB. 3

Speeding

Rahwa Abraha, 22, of the 1300 block of Hartford Street, Glendale Heights, was arrested at 3:46 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Royal Glen Drive. She was charged with speeding.

Illegal transportation

Police said Vanessa N. Pemba, 21, of the 1700 block of 22nd Street, Wheaton, was arrested at 3:46 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Royal Glen Drive. She was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol.

Suspended license

Josue Tecault, 23, of the 1000 block of East Division, Lombard, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. at Geneva Road and Evergreen Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving while his license was suspended and speeding.

Theft

Someone reported that an unknown person or persons took several items left in a driveway in the 200 block of Grandview. The items were not intended for the garbage. The items were taken between 12:45 and 1:30 p.m.
