Driving under the influence

Michael G. Falsey, 28, of Wheaton was charged with driving under the influence near the 300 block of Main Street on April 22 at 8:51 p.m. 

Thomas S. Rougas Jr., 22, of Geneva was charged with driving under the influence near Roosevelt and Lambert Roads on April 23 at 1:25 a.m. Rougas was cited for speeding and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. 

Victor W. Groszko, 31, of Glen Ellyn was charged with driving under the influence near the 500 block of Roosevelt Road on April 24 at 7:31 p.m. Groszko was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol. 

Aaron J. Porter, 29, of Chicago was charged with driving under the influence near Roosevelt and Lambert Roads on April 26 at 12:37 a.m. Porter was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment and cited for improper lane usage and failure to signal. 

Karen A. Samata, 53, of Glen Ellyn was charged with driving under the influence near Roosevelt Road and Parkside Avenue on April 28 at 1:32 a.m. 

Robert R. Anderson, 27, of Glen Ellyn was charged with driving under the influence near Hillside and Glenwood Avenues on April 28 at 2:33 a.m. 

Jada A. Albertson, 25, of Wood Dale was charged with driving under the influence near Main Street and Hillside Avenue on April 29 at 2:31 a.m. 

Illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor

Michael J. Marlovitz, 18, of Glen Ellyn was cited for possession of drug equipment and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near South Ellyn and Buena Vista on April 23 at 8:12 p.m. 

Public intoxication

Chris A. Kupka, 57, of Wheaton was cited for public intoxication near Park Boulevard and Roosevelt Road on April 25 at 1:05 a.m. 

Michael R. Summers, 21, of Glen Ellyn was cited for public intoxication in the 400 block of Main Street on April 28 at 1:51 a.m.
