Police Blotter: Cannabis Possession, Stolen Beer, Missing Change

Driving under the influence

Jeffrey R. Flater, 64, of the first block of Exmoor Avenue, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. at the intersection of Main and Duane streets, Glen Ellyn police said. He was charged with driving under the influence.

Disorderly conduct

Police said Michael I. Will, 57, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. at Prairie Path Park. He was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Theft

Someone stole a cell phone left unattended near a sleeping pad belonging to a person who was spending the night at 550 N. Main St., the First Presbyterian Church – a DuPage PADS location. The incident was reported at 10:23 p.m.

Possession

Iqbaal S. Lall, 24, of the 300 block of East North Avenue, Glendale Heights, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Surrey Drive, police said. He was charged with speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, 30 grams and under.

Theft

Sometime between 8 a.m. and noon someone stole two cases of beer left behind PS Flowers, 522 Hillside Ave., police said.

Criminal damage

Police reported that someone broke a plastic cover at the Duane/Lorraine pay box at Prospect Avenue and the tracks. The incident was reported at 10:30 a.m.

Vehicle burglary

Someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway in the 700 block of Hillside Avenue and stole about $5 in change. The incident took place between 3 p.m. Nov. 25 and 6 a.m. Nov. 26, police said.

Theft

A cellphone was reported stolen between 2:15 and 5 p.m. from a locker in the locker room at Glenbard West High School, 670 Crescent Boulevard, police said. The phone was left in a locked locker and was valued at less than $500.

Driving under the influence

• Police said Carrianne P. Connors, 32, of the 300 block of North Illinois, Villa Park, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. at Main Street and Crescent Boulevard. She was charged with a stop sign violation and driving under the influence.
• Steven A. Pietras, 23, of the 22W300 block of Birchwood, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. at Sunnybrook Road and Chapel Court North, police said. He was charged with illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, driving under the influence, possession of drug equipment and possession of cannabis, 30 grams and under. 

Speeding

Kevin L. Snulligan Jr., 21, of the 2400 block of East Second Street, Chicago was arrested at 9:06 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Royal Glen Drive, police said. He was charged with speeding.

Possession

Darien E. Wells, 26, of the 6700 block of South Oglesby Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at 9:06 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Royal Glen Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, 30 grams and under.
