Police Blotter: Public Intoxication at Ice Cream Shop and More

Possession of cannabis:
Jonathan A. Dahms, 19, of Glendale Heights was cited for possession of cannabis and driving without registration on Feb. 8 at 11:50 p.m. near Geneva Road and Main Street.
DUI:

Heather R. Gouldsberry, 25, of Elmhurst, was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and driving without a license on Feb. 9 at 1:43 a.m. near St. Charles and Riford Roads.
Antonio Ruiz-Luna, 32, of Glen Ellyn, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage, failure to signal, no valid driver's license and illegal transportation of alcohol at 11:21 p.m. near Roosevelt Road and Park Boulevard.

Public intoxication:
Corey J. McMahon, 32, of Wheaton was cited for public intoxication at Dairy Queen, 850 N. Main St., on Feb. 9 at 8:02 p.m.
Theft:
An unknown offender stole a longboard skateboard from the backyard of a residence located in the 600 block of Duane Street. The incident occurred sometime between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Feb. 5.
Criminal Defacement:
An unknown offender spray painted graffiti on playground equipment at Panfish Park, 620 Wilson Ave., on Feb. 11 at 9:10 a.m.
Suspended driver's license:
George W. Rhear, 49, of Glen Ellyn, was cited for driving with a suspended driver's license near Hill Avenue and Main Street on Feb. 9 at 7:16 p.m. According to the report, there also was an in-state warrant for Rhear.
