Police Blotter: A Dozen Alcohol Related Charges, Citations

The following arrest information was supplied by the Glen Ellyn Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor:

Michael S. Vignovich, 20, of Naperville was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on March 12 at 2:44 a.m. near North Main Street in Glen Ellyn. 

Brandon T. Bane, 18, of Naperville was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on March 12 at 2:44 a.m. near North Main Street in Glen Ellyn.

Nathan W. Kaplan, 20, of Naperville was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on March 12 at 2:44 a.m. near North Main Street in Glen Ellyn.

Spencer D. Bane, 19, of Glen Ellyn was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on March 18 at 12:24 a.m. near Main Street and High Road.

Cole M. Rebora, 20, of Glen Ellyn was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on March 18 at 12:24 a.m near Main Street and High Road. 

Public intoxication:

Andrew Lee Mathis, 30, of Wheaton was cited for battery and public intoxication on March 12 at 1:27 p.m. in the 400 block of Duane Street. 

Andrew J. Schuler, 23 of Lake Zurich was cited for public intoxication on March 18 at 12:54 a.m. in the 400 block of Roosevelt Road. 

Driving under the influence:

James P. Monsen, 65, of Bolingbrook was charged with DUI and cited for speeding on March 12 at 1:02 p.m. near Route 53 and Roosevelt Road. 

James D. Weaver, 46, of Lombard was charged with aggravated DUI and cited for a suspended driver's license on March 15 at 3 p.m. near Malloy's Liquours, 580 Roosevelt Rd., Glen Ellyn.

Maricela Ramirez, 26, of Romeoville was charged with DUI and cited for failing to signal near Lambert and Roosevelt Roads on March 17 at 3:46 a.m.

Cherell W. Dotson, 25, of Lombard was charged with DUI and cited for speeding on March 18 at 3:33 a.m. near St. Charles and Lenox Roads.  

Liquor law violation:

Elizabeth K. Jones, 31, of Glen Ellyn was cited for sale of liquor to an intoxicated patron on March 15 at 3:40 p.m. in the 600 block of Roosevelt Road. 

Possession of cannabis:

Thomas Lynch Miller, 18, of Glen Ellyn was charged with possession of cannabis and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on March 12 at 2:44 a.m. near North Main Street in Glen Ellyn. 

Ethan A. Meyer, 19, of West Chicago was charged with possession of cannabis on March 12 at 2:44 a.m. near North Main Street in Glen Ellyn.

Possession of drug equipment:

Karen E. Green, 28, of Glen Ellyn was charged with possession of drug equipment on March 16 at 12:41 p.m. in the 600 block of Roosevelt Road.

Contributing to dependency and neglect of children: 

Matthew A. Reinhardt, 22, of Glen Ellyn was charged with possession of drug equipment, contributing to dependency and neglect of children and possession of cannabis on March 12 at 2:44 a.m. near North Main Street in Glen Ellyn. 

In-state warrant:

Jason R. Green, 26, of Wheaton was taken into custody for an in-state warrant on March 16 at 12:41 p.m. in the 600 block of Roosevelt Road.

Battery:

Laura E. Wells, 30, of Glendale Heights was charged with battery and criminal trespass to property on March 17 at 11:45 p.m. in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. 

Criminal damage to property:

An unknown offender threw a piece of asphalt through a window in the 400 block of Taft Avenue. The incident occurred sometime between 8 p.m. on March 11 and 4 p.m. on March 12. 

Criminal damage to vehicle: 

An unknown offender punched several holes in the tires of a car outside of Walgreens, 324 Roosevelt Rd., on March 13 between 6 and 6:30 p.m.

Burglary:

An unknown offender stole about 10 gallons of gasoline from a detached storage shed of Parkview Church, 764 St. Charles Rd. The incident occurred sometime between 2 p.m. on March 13 and 11 a.m. on March 18. 

Vandalism:

An unknown offender smashed several eggs on a parked car located in front of a home in the 700 block of Park Boulevard. The incident occurred sometime between 6 and 10 p.m. on March 17.
