When an employee told her that she wasn't authorized to give refunds, the woman became irate and threw the ice cream container towards her.

The 30-year-old woman pulled into the parking lot at about 10 a.m. outside where she has classes. The man was sitting on a curb and got up to ask her if she knew the time. As she looked down, the man placed his hand on the middle of her back.

"He then slid his hand downwards and slipped his fingers into the waistband of (the woman's) jeans," the report said. "She then used the palm of her hand to strike the offender in the nose and cause him to bleed." Read the full report for this incident.
