Drug ParaphernaliaReynaldo Barreto and James E. Taylor, both 20 and of the 300 block of Cedar Lane, Glen Ellyn, were each charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Barreto and Taylor were arrested at 8:37 p.m. on their block, according to police.
WEDNESDAY, AUG. 21
Intent to Deliver, Fugitive from Justice
Police charged Larry D. Conley, 46, of the 3000 block of North Thompson, Indianapolis, with the following:
- Delivery with intent to deliver
- Obstructing justice
- Fugitive from justice
- Possession of a controlled substance.
TUESDAY, AUG. 20
Police charged Xavier X. Sellers, 55, of the first block of Sunset Avenue, Glen Ellyn, with possession of drug paraphernalia. Sellers was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on the 600 block of Roosevelt Road.
Marijuana Possession, Littering
Police charged Jacob E. Markos, 20, of the 500 block of Washington, Lombard, with possession of drug paraphernalia and littering. Markos was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on the 1100 block of Roosevelt Road.
At the same time and place, Kyle EJ Clark, 19, of the 900 block of South Lincoln, Lombard, was also arrested. He was charged with possession of cannabis 30g and under, according to police.
Police charged Daniel P. Franz, 20, of the first block of Briar, Glen Ellyn, with delivery of cannabis 30g and under and possession of drug paraphernalia. Franz was arrested at 12:08 a.m. on the first block of Briar.
