Glen Ellyn Police Reports: Man Arrested for Illegal Dumping; Drug, Underage Drinking Arrests

Glen Ellyn police reports for March 9 through March 16.

The Glen Ellyn Police Department made the following arrests over the past week: 

  • Police arrested Joanna Banuelos, 18, of Glendale Heights, on March 15 at 11:34 p.m. at Lorraine Street and Hill Avenue for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, illegal possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Police arrested William M. McMahon, 21, of 385 Spruce Lane in Glen Ellyn, at 9:22 p.m. on March 12 in the 300 block of Spruce Lane for possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Richard D. Manswer, 33, of Glendale Heights, was arrested at Geneva and Euclid Avenue in Glen Ellyn at 7:57 p.m. on March 10 for speeding, driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle, possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
  • Mohammad A. Majeed, 62, of Lombard, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on March 10 in the 1200 block of Cheltenham for illegal dumping. 
  • James G. Porter, of Wheaton, 46, was arrested at Walgreens, 840 N. Main St., for criminal damage to property. 
  • Jordan T. Franklin, 21, of Lombard, was arrested at St. Charles and Lenox roads at 7:26 p.m. on March 9 for possession of cannabis 30 grams or under, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
