Glen Ellyn Police Report Unlicensed Drivers Arrested

Three arrested for suspended license, two arrested for driving without a license, police said.

Driving With a Suspended License

Richard D. Manser, 32, 680 Marilyn Ave., Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and expired registration at Kenilworth and Geneva at 9 a.m. Oct. 10.

Daniel E. Samayoa, 30, 400 W. Division, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and improper lane use at Crescent and Ellyn at 3:24 a.m. Oct. 13.

Tyrone Washington, 52, 1511 E. Roosevelt Road, Wheaton, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with a suspended license and obstructing of identification after police pulled him over for failure to signal and improper lane use at Roosevelt and Main Street at 8:40 p.m. Oct. 13.

Marlene Montgomery, 55, 21W101 Tee Lane, Itasca, was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license and no taillights at Main and Roosevelt at 10:25 p.m. Oct. 7. 

Emmanuel Vicens-Gachupin, 23, 1S281 Holyoke Lane, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled him over for speeding at Roosevelt and Royal Glen at 8:15 p.m. Oct. 14.
