Four people also arrested for license violations.
Panhandling
Matthew D. Johnson, 21, 338 Duane, Glen Ellyn, was charged with panhandling at Walgreen's, 840 Main St., at 10:49 a.m. Sept. 27.
Theft

A blue and silver women's Schwinn bicycle with a cushioned seat and new handlebars was taken from the 400 block of Main Street between 6 p.m. Sept. 29 and 7:45 a.m. Sept. 30. Loss is estimated at $100.
A blue Galaxy S3 cell phone was taken from the men's restroom at BP Amoco, 339 Roosevelt Road, at 11:49 p.m. Oct. 1. Loss is estimated at $300.

Property Damage
James P. Overbeck, 21, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property at 250 Taylor Ave. at 8 a.m. Sept. 30.
Driving With a Suspended License
Lorenzo M. Cousett, 28, 2010 Paddock Circle, Wheaton, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance at Geneva and Evergreen at 10:47 a.m. Sept. 30.
Abraham Jimenez, 44, 325 Alder Lane, Glen Ellyn, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at Lambert and Taft at 4:48 p.m. Sept. 30.
Driving Without a License
Ricardo Gutierrez, 21, 66 E. Shubert, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving without a license at 9:30 p.m. Sept. 24.
Oscar Morales, 20, 667 N. Swift Road, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and improper lane use at DuPage and Carleton at 9:34 p.m. Sept. 25.
