Glen Ellyn Police Report Arrests for DUI, Battery, Possession of Cannabis

DUI Arrest

John Thomson Frey, 24, 262 Taylor Ave., Glen Ellyn, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at Lambert and Wilson at 5:45 a.m. Oct. 26.

Battery

Baha E. Ahmed, 44, 18 N. Parkside, Glen Ellyn, was charged with battery on the first block of Main Street at 8:36 p.m. Oct. 20.

Disorderly Conduct

Gordon Vaughn, 61, 422 N. McArthur St., Panama City, Fla., was charged with disorderly conduct on the first block of Park Boulevard at 3:45 p.m. Oct. 14.

Possession of Cannabis

Nikolas D. Demura, 24, 675 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, was charged with possession of cannabis under 30 grams at 10:48 p.m. Oct. 21, at Budgetel Inn, 675 Roosevelt Road. 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Jerold W. Overbeck, 21, 677 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at at 11:51 p.m. Oct. 23 at Rodeway Inn, 677 Roosevelt Road.
